Clients can submit their investigative request online. Fast response! Clients are always welcome to personally call DLI and communicate their investigative request over the telephone at (984) 447-6823.

Status Reports
Depending on the length of the investigation, clients will receive a status report by e-mail or fax. The brief status report will include all completed to date, pending work and suggested direction.

Report of Investigation
Upon the completion of the case, clients are provided a detailed report of investigation. The report also includes supporting documentation, photographs, and videotaped documentation.

Videotaped Documentation
"The best in surveillance video!" DLI requires the use of fluid head tripods whenever possible which eliminates any jerkiness or movement of the camera and provides a nice, steady shot of the subject.
